VIVA is liable neither for direct nor indirect damages, either tangible or intangible, resulting from use of the software programs or their operating instructions. There is no liability regarding the fitness or suitability of the contract product for a particular application purpose. Liability for consequential damages resulting from product deficiency is excluded. Product properties are guaranteed based on the functions implemented in the program form.

VIVA makes every attempt to keep the documentation current with the most recent program version. Should any differences between program and description occur regardless of these attempts, the program shall be considered the basis for guaranteed properties when doubt exists. Even though the program refers to various optional programs, compatibility with these programs is by no means guaranteed.
