OLIMAR, the winner of several travel awards, has always stayed faithful to its motto »Class, not mass«. For this reason OLIMAR decided to go for VIVA.

OLIMAR has been offering exclusive holidays for the discerning since 1972. Over 80 employees and 12.000 travel agencies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with agency contracts ensure that the customers can look forward to their holiday without any reservations. The customers also seem to reward this - OLIMAR was already elected several times as best tour operator of the year by the readers of a travel magazine. With around 180.000 guests per year, the company counts as one of the greats among the »little ones«, not least because OLIMAR is considered throughout Europe to be the primary address for holidays to Portugal.

Since every PC at OLIMAR has an Internet browser, »VivaGate« could be used on all workstations right away. The information system, with season-oriented products, texts, pictures and prices, builds the platform for the Purchasing Manager for entry and management of all data.

OLIMAR's marketing is aimed at customers who prefer a higher standard. The catalog design too with its clear geometry and typography is deliberately aimed at this group.
