Intuitive usage of »VivaGate« via the Web browser allows you access from every workstation without having to install a Client software.

Role-based User Access Rights System
»VivaGate« has a role-based user access rights system, with which writing/reading rights for different user groups right up to single, freely definable fields may be applied. This granular allocation of access rights ensures that only users who have been given the right to do so may write information and/or read it. Therefore »VivaGate« is ideally suited for beginners, occasional users and experts, and minimizes the costs for integration and training.

Concentration on essentials
The basic system also contains functions for the dynamic creation of lists and entry dialogs, which are created without any HTML programming. In this way a database may be configured and managed individually, rapidly and simply via the Internet. Employees in the relevant departments of your company can put more concentration into the quality of the content when maintaining records without having to worry about technical details or programming.

Comfortable Import and Export
Freely definable filters for the Import and export of data in text format ensure an error-free exchange of data. Optional import filters for native data exchange from MS Word and MS Excel are also available. Thus users may continue to fulfill certain tasks in the programs they are used to (e.g. price calculations in MS Excel) and at the same time use the advantages of »VivaGate«.
